We offer semi custom luxurious private villas in Bali's best touristic locations (Seminyak, Canggu, Ubud, Sanur) at the best value on the market. Each of our project is thought to maximise the spacing as well as the return on investment without compromising on the luxurious holiday standards.

Our design
Our special signature is to combine traditional architecture (Joglo houses and Gladaks) with modern interior construction. The interior design department gives special attention to the personalisation of each project in order to make your villa unique.
